going to talk about nature and health. So we know that time spent in nature has a big

impact on both our physical health and our psychological health. So first of all, what

are some of the physical impacts that nature can have?

Yeah, so first of all, I just want to say, I think this is the most exciting thing to

talk about because nature is super fun to get into. And I've always just enjoyed exploring

nature by seeing studies actually back the health benefits of it, super fun. So I got

a little nerd at all learning all the benefits. But from the physical, sorry, from the physical

standpoint, we see an increase in natural killer cells, which can help our immune system

as well as prevent cancer and help with faster recovery. And then we also see a reduction

in heart disease, decreased blood pressure, and heart rate from just getting into nature.

That's amazing. Just spending some time outside in the trees can have these amazing physical
