0:39.9 | So we know that lifestyle factors are key in preventing cancer. We've all heard that |
0:44.8 | stop smoking, limit the amount of alcohol, avoid obesity. This isn't a foreign concept, |
0:51.0 | right? Exercise is just another layer of these behavior modifications that we can do that |
0:56.2 | to help prevent cancer. We actually know that exercise reduces the risk of developing |
1:02.5 | cancer, somewhere around 20%, which is actually an incredible number. |

1:35.3 | survivor and maybe passed a acute cancer treatment. But really, the role of resistance training, |
