0:28.6 | So first of all, what exactly is chronic inflammation and what are some things that cause it? |

0:49.6 | diabetes. It can come from a poor diet, chronic stress, toxin exposure. Really many things |

1:05.1 | some symptoms. So some people find things like brain fog, for example, fatigue, joint aches |
1:10.8 | and pains can be some symptoms. Really, the best way to know for sure is to get some blood |
