Very few people actually guessed it was South African, but, you know, I had Russian and I had German and I had British.

I think a lot of people don't even know South Africa like exists.

They just assume you're from somewhere, I don't know, in upper north, I would imagine.

Like, just like what sort of makes sense for somebody who looks white, I guess?

I often, I mean, now it's got into the point the way that social media has just exploded.

I go to the local grocer or the butcher or even the local pharmacy and someone who kind of

recognize me, oh, you're the guy from TikTok.

What are you doing in South Africa?

Oh, like you're visiting.

Oh, yeah.

Yeah.

I get the same thing when I go to the gym all the time.

It's like, what are you doing here?

I'm like, I fucking train here.

Like, what do you mean?

Yeah, so even for the locals, you know, I think for myself, I worked with the likes of overseas clients, you know, an offshore development team and that may have caused for some sort of, you know, change in accent, which which can leave people assuming,

kind of, you know, because I guess I don't sound like a typical South African, you know,
