I'm super pumped to share today's episode with Danielle Prescott,

who is the co-founder of 2BG, a consulting agency focused on crisis management and

diversity and inclusion direction. She is incredible. I found her on

Instagram a while back from a IG TV video that she filmed that went absolutely

fucking viral and we talk about that a bit in the episode the link to that is shared in the show notes. She has

formerly worked at places like In Style L, Teen Vogue,

Moda Apprendi, B-E-T, she has been in the fashion industry for a while and despite

always using her position of influence to speak up for equality in the past.

Danielle's voice was heard even louder during the rise of the recent BLM

movement.

She and her fellow colleagues of color spoke outwardly about the injustices

against black people in the fashion industry.

And she really speaks her mind.

I love everything she's putting out there especially on IG.

So I highly recommend following her, making sure you're consuming her content and listening

to today's episode. We talk on a ton of different topics actually some unexpected I didn't

think us to go down that route but that's one of the reasons why I love having an

unscripted show because we just let conversation take us where we want to go.
