I'm not sure how great the interviews are, but we try to shine our

spotlight onto remarkable people, people who are commissioning to invest in your leadership skills,

to make you more effective in the words of our co-founder, Dr. Stephen Covey, who of course wrote

the seminal book, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.

Each week, two times a week, we have conversations with CEOs, entrepreneurs, founders,

academics, researchers, scientists, celebrities, movie stars, people that have invented or dedicated their lives to making a particular problem more solvable. In some cases, there are people

that have gained some fame or have become well known for a tragedy that beset them. And they

summoned the courage and the strength and the vulnerability to not just survive it, but to live

and teach through it. Today's guest is a little bit of a hybrid of all those things.

He's a friend of mine and a longtime friend and associate of the Franklin Covey Company.

David Graff is a well-known leadership organizational consultant, has written numerous books

and has a large consulting business since his departure from Franklin Covey, kind of like

mine and good standing. And he's written a series of books called Forland's Parenting, of which

there are three volumes. If you in any way are a caregiver, a nurturer, or a shepherd of young

humans, whether you are a parent, perhaps you're a foster parent,

you're an aunt, you're an uncle, a grand parent of some sort. You're going to want to check
