0:13.1 | We've been walking through land allotments for the 12 tribes and today we start out |
0:16.8 | with the land for the descendants of Joseph. |
0:19.2 | If you recall, Joseph Stadjake aboramely adopted Joseph's two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, |

1:06.0 | Joshua agrees to their request for division. |
1:08.3 | He hands them the tape and tells them that they're responsible for clearing the land and |
1:11.8 | driving out the people in it, even though they seem to be bigger and stronger than them. |
1:16.8 | The land they get is west of the Jordan River in the Promised Land. |
1:20.4 | And just like we learned about their brothers in East Manasseh yesterday, they don't drive |
1:24.0 | out all the Canaanites from the land. |
1:26.4 | Since the Canaanites refused to leave, they make them do manual labor. |
