0:12.6	Just scan through your body. If there's any area in your body that feels tense or uncomfortable,
0:19.7	do what you need to do to shift it or adjust it or change it. That's good. Maybe you need to stretch or move.
0:31.5	Maybe you need to adjust a leg and arm, do whatever you need to do to make sure that you are
0:37.6	comfortable.
0:39.6	That's excellent.
0:48.0	And now allow your breath to deepen.
1:02.3	And allow your thoughts just to drift and float. The way clouds drift and float on a summer afternoon. You're not encouraging your thoughts and you're not
1:07.1	denying them. You are just allowing them to drift and float.

1:30.0	Travel now in your imagination to a beautiful meadow. It's a meadow by the sea.
1:36.0	Around this meadow are tall, strong trees.
1:40.0	And yet between few of the trees you can see the ocean.
1:45.0	It's sparkling in the light.
1:48.0	You feel so embraced by these trees, by this meadow, where you know that this is indeed hallowed ground.
1:59.6	It is indeed sacred space.
2:03.4	It is a place where you are safe.
2:07.0	Safe to be yourself.
2:09.6	Safe to express yourself.
2:12.4	Safe to be open and free.
2:15.0	It's a place where your body is rejuvenated and regenerated.
