0:09.0	To begin this inner journey, allow a softening to occur. Imagine that your muscles are
0:18.9	softening. Imagine that your breath is softening.
0:29.0	Feel a sense of stillness and quietude filling you.
0:38.2	You are safe.
0:40.8	All is well. Letting go, relaxing. Feels so good just to surrender. Of course you're not surrendering to something outside of yourself. You are surrendering
0:58.3	to spirit within as you continue to become even more relaxed, letting go even more.
1:08.0	Mm that's good.
1:16.0	That's excellent.
1:20.0	Travel now in your mind's eye to a desert, the whitest sand, the bluish-a-a-gai, the bluish-a-a-a-sky, you can see in all directions forever.
1:42.0	Feeling the warmth of the sand beneath your feet, as you walk on this white white sand,
1:50.1	you know a feeling of clarity is filling you.
1:55.0	You know your ability to see clearly into the future is expanding.
2:04.0	Visualize and imagine yourself on this vast desert.
2:11.0	And with each step knowing that clarity is occurring and expanding within you more and more with each and every step.
2:22.0	With each and every step your ability to see clearly into the hearts of others is expanding.
2:29.3	Your ability to see clearly into your own heart is expanding.
2:35.0	Your ability to see into your future clearly is expanding.
2:42.0	More and more with each and every is expanding.
