| 1:02.0 | A little bit of flashing was messed up, |
| 1:04.0 | and just the driving rain found its way in. |

| 1:08.0 | The other one is a much larger issue. |

| 1:12.4 | slow, small leak for a while. And a couple of our stucco panels are bad. So, you know, everybody |
| 1:21.9 | has stucco here in Florida. It's actually a pretty good material for the climate, but, you know, this house is almost 15 years old. |

| 1:31.8 | So we had, so we've gone through the process of getting quotes and had a stucco guy come out and look at it. |
