There are many nooks and crannies of things that they could test.

So these are things you certainly want to make sure you know and thoroughly

and properly understand.

So let's start off with a question.

So what if they give you a question about 61 year old male?

And they tell you that he was... and they had

had had significant pin in his chest. And during that episode he had to stop for a bit, but that, you know,

after a few hours the chest been receded. And they ask you what is the most appropriate and they tell you that

oh that he came to the emergency room when you were asked what is the most appropriate next step in

management. Well the most appropriate next step in management is to get two things, is to get an EKG and gets the appropriate serum biomarkers.

So, with that opening, let's go ahead and jump into a qu coronary

syndromes. We're going to delve deep into this and kind of break down some

things with this case and how he can help you on your exams.
