Crossfield here asking the interesting question to Lou Stagnett and Greg Chalmers, two very interesting people and co-hosts.

We're going to talk about something that, I'll be honest, I always have known this does make a level of difference.

Well, the question I'm going to ask, it feels so selly when you ask this question.

It feels like you're just trying to sell golf equipment when you even just ask this question.

But I've actually done some tests on this recently, just because I happened to have a club hanging around that really highlighted this.

So the question that is posed is do new wedges,

so worn out to new wedges, did it actually really make any difference? Like if you work for

Cleveland, who I work with, they'll say yeah, but they're selling wedges. If you work for tight list,

they're going to say yeah. They love selling wedges. Same tailor made, same for tight list, they're going to say, yeah, they love

selling wedges. Same tailor made, same Callaway. They're going to say, yeah. So you kind of hear these

messages put out and you just think, well, really does it? You know, I'm inconsistent. I'm an average

everyday golfer. You know, you can hear their bretend. What difference really does it make?

Just to give you an outline on just, I've got a wedge that sits in my garden. I chip on it.

I've got a little chipping green in my garden. I chip with it. I've actually got a net out there

at the minute because I'm making a video and I hit wedges a lot, like just trying to find distances

blind into a net.
