We're looking at the time period of November to December of 1830, focusing in on the mission

to the Lamanites. And I don't know about you, but one of my first questions is, why did the

Lord use the word Lamanite to refer to the Native Americans? And why did the missionaries assume that their destination to teach the Lamanites was in the borders of Missouri?

And why didn't the Lord just call them to Ohio?

This is where all the sensitive pure heart prepared people were.
