March 5th. Hope you guys are having a good day so far. We are going to jump right into episode two of

the Hulu documentary, The Fall of Ruby Frankie. Episode two is titled Distortion. It opens with social media influencers bashing Ruby for how she treated the kids with Chad on the sleeping bag in the basement,

as well as her elementary age child not getting lunch.

I looked this up.

I kind of remembered when this was all over social media, but Ruby vlogged about her youngest daughter for getting her lunches at home.

Ruby refused to take the child her food and also said she hoped nobody shared their lunch with her to teach her a lesson.

They're showing lots of negative comments from viewers,

and Sherry says over the next days and weeks,

their views and numbers were declining,

and the engagement that they did have was very negative.

Chad said they were basically canceled.

Their views tanked, and they lost 90% of their income.

They show Ruby on the computer talking to someone,

and Ruby says what has happened in our home over the last few weeks is a taste of the real

world, and we're not filtering it from our kids, and they're seeing it, and they're like, wow.

Chad remembers they got an expensive lawyer involved who suggested that Ruby make an apology video.

Kevin said Ruby's response was, over my dead body.

I'm not sorry.

I'm saving my family and we're going to show the world what real parenting looks like

and what it's like to make impossibly tough decisions because you love your

child. They show Ruby looking into the camera and she says buckle up guys, I have something to share.
