Hope you guys are having a good day so far. We're going to read the judge's rulings denying Donna bond, as well as suppressing that hot mic call.

We do have a couple of things to talk about. First, There are orders to transport Charlie and Katie for Donna's trial.

Also, the defense is getting a deposition from Siegfriedo Garcia at the Franklin Correctional Institution.

That's going to take place March 10th at 10 a.m.

The first decision we're going to read is the denial to suppress that

hot mic call. The background on March 7th, 23, defendant received a phone call from the Leon

County Jail to her cellular phone while she was at home in her apartment. The caller was her son,

Charlie Adelson.

At the time, Charlie was an inmate of the Leon County Jail, incarcerated there since his arrest

on April 21st, 2022.

One day prior to the phone call at issue, Charlie was convicted of first-degree murder,

conspiracy to commit murder, and solicitation to commit murder.

Before being permitted to speak with her son, the defendant was required to acknowledge the following message and consent to its terms.
