0:00.0	Let's begin by taking a deep cleansing breath together and closing our eyes to shut out
0:20.2	visual distractions. You may see or feel an angel standing next to you,
0:30.6	slightly in front of you. The angel holds out her hand and you clasp it with your hand.
0:37.8	She leads you gently down a beautiful stairway carpeted and thick thick comfortable carpeting.
0:45.0	As you step down, you feel your feet sink deep into the carpet with each step.
0:54.0	Down, down, down, down,
0:58.8	deeper and deeper into the cushy, soft, comfortable carpeting.
1:05.0	Step 10, 9, 8, down, you go, and down you go.
1:15.0	And step 7.
1:17.0	The angel gently leads you to step 6.
1:20.0	Feeling so good, so right, so relaxed. And step 5. And as you step step you notice a beautifully colored mist filling the
1:36.6	stairway and as you breathe this mist you feel wonderfully alive refreshed refreshed, and completely relaxed now.
1:47.0	Breathe the mist, and merging with the angelic presence as you both go to step four.
1:59.0	Down, down, down to step three. Feeling so good. Giving yourself permission to relax and let go.
2:12.9	And step two.
2:15.6	As your muscles release, they feel like pieces of loose.
2:20.6	Limp, rope, relaxing now, and moving to step one, one, one with all that is real, with the love, with the light, with your guardian angel,
2:41.4	with everyone, and one with God.
2:50.0	As you and your angel walk out of the stairway, you find yourself one year in the future from today's date.
2:58.0	In your mind's eye, you look down at your feet and you notice what you are wearing on your feet one year from today.
3:05.6	You notice whether you are sitting, lying down, or standing one year from today from this moment.
3:15.0	You look around and notice where you are.
