Burlington, Iowa in 1969 was a place where children played across the city’s 200 acres of manicured parks and residents sat on their front porches and chatted with neighbors. It was a town where the now seemingly lost art of leisure was still thriving.
Sadly, that peace would be short-lived, as the town was about to be rocked by a crime that would shake the community to its core and leave its residents (as well as law enforcement) in disbelief.
If you or anyone you know has information concerning Dorothy Miller’s case, you are asked to contact the Burlington Police Department at 319-753-8375.
This case is unsolved

1:35.8 | But around a thousand miles away, in the state community of Burlington, Iowa, life kept it |
1:42.4 | slower pace. Children played across the city's 200 acres of manicured parks, |
