All you do is you spend your entire day thinking about who you're going to get high with, who you're going to buy it from, who you have to like manipulate to get money.

And I was also, you know, selling a lot of drugs and heavily addicted to oxycotton.

So I was snorting hundreds of milligrams of oxycotton every single day.

I'd have to snort like a few hundred milligrams just to get out of bed.

So the first order of business when I went to jail was to detox.

You know, I'll never forget the day I left jail. I cried when I went in because I didn't want to

go to jail. And I cried when I left because I didn't want to leave because this guy helped me

transform my life so much. He looked like a more jacked version of Brad Pitt from Fight Club.

Oh my God. Yeah, this guy was incredibly shredded, but he looked at me and he's like,

you're going to start working out with me when you get through your detox. First push up in

jail, like built the framework and the foundation for everything I do right now. I mean, you really

are at times like one, two, three decisions away and really changing your entire life.

What would you recommend to someone if they have someone in their life that is addicted?

What's the right way to show up for that person?

The one thing that you have to be careful with, I feel like with Laird when you're over at his

house is like, if he catches your, if you catch his eye or something, he'll be like,

you, come here.

And then I remember one time he put me in the shallow end and he like tethered me with like the just like a bungee cord kind of thing.

He's like, all right, just swim.

And like you just swim in place for like, I mean, it felt like forever, but it was like a minute or two, you know?

And you just about die.

And then he's like, all right, back down down to the other end of the pool. And you'd be like, here, you're going to drop to the bottom
