conversation with him he's a nice guy. We talked about support groups getting the

best out of them, the term pure oh why Stephen got into therapy, why committing to

homework sort of 15 to 20 minutes a day is important for the

therapeutic process and outcome. We talked about different types of OCD themes

and why the theme or the topic of OCD is in the content is rubbish and pay attention to it. We talked about how to explain

to a child or thoughts are just thoughts and why they won't transpire into an act, although I'm

sure that advice will help anyone with O. C. D. Or family
