Hi everyone I'm Brinay Brown and this is unlocking us.

So we have a very interesting conversation today.

I, everybody in the series, I could talk to them for hours and hours,

but I keep getting like the fish eye from folks here,

like, wrap it up, we're hitting an hour we're doing a series and this is a

little bit different we're doing a series that's going to cross over between

unlocking us and dare to lead and we're going to talk about the challenges, the possibilities, the costs of living beyond human scale.

And when I say living beyond human scale, I mean we are really socially, biologically,

cognitively, spiritually wired to be in connection, kind of IRL in real life with each other with our

families with our friends with community and we are living in this environment

of social media,

artificial intelligence, machine learning.

We have access 24-hour news and 50 different channels,

all with different ethos and ethics and financial models.

Everybody wants our time and everyone's saying what they think we want to hear and it just seems beyond human scale right now and so

I'm talking to folks who can help us make sense of it and help us kind of I don't know

get underneath the machine to figure out who we are and what we're seeing and why it can feel so overwhelming.

And if we can pull back, what are some of the great possibilities. Today specifically I'm talking to
