And on this week's episode, we're going to be talking about the 2025 film, Drop, directed by Christopher Landon, written by Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach, and starring Megan Fahey, Brandon Sklenner, and Jeffrey Self.

In this film, a woman on a first date with a gentleman that she's met online, has the date taken to the next level when she starts receiving mysterious airdroft drops during the course of the date.

Brian, had you seen trailers for this going into this movie?

Yes and no. My usual close my eyes when the trailer comes on, so I didn't really know much about it.

I just knew that it was Christopher Landon, and I feel a loyalty to him, so wanted to cover this movie.

And yeah, all I really knew was the drops, the diggy drops, which are essentially air drops,

and that this woman was out on a date.

And, yeah, that's about it.

Did you watch the trailer, and was the trailer intriguing?

You know, I think I've started to try to do a lot of what you do since like I'm getting

kind of burned on these trailers telling us the whole film.

So I think I have been better about kind of closing my eyes or looking away when trailer

is going on.
