0:08.0	I was a religious calorie counter and calorie tracker and obsessed with exercise to control my body.
0:15.0	And it led me to develop an eating disorder that I dealt with for eight years of my life. And I think the hard thing for me

0:30.1	students, rule follower, type A. So I was just like trying to be the quote perfect healthy eater and it ended up leading me to have a really unhealthy relationship with food and my body and just obsessively looking to food.
