You've been through the ups and downs of starting a business and why you've got a team underneath you now

What's the one piece of advice you'd give to every person

that's thinking about starting a business

or is in that first year?

In that first year, I think the,

initially I would see, it's okay to plan and it's okay to, you know, to not jump head first into things, you know,

obviously think about it carefully, make sure you have the right team in place or if you don't need a team, make sure you're able to allocate enough time for the business. but I think don't think too long about it as well because a lot of it is going to be about you know you you always think that you know what's going to happen makes but some of it is there's an element of just

waiting to see you know you're kind of figuring things out as you go along so the first year especially

it is like that.
