The This is 15 minutes of freedom. I'm your host Ryan Aidell and today I have an idea. So today I have an idea. Right, it's maybe the idea will benefit you.

Maybe it will help you. Let me rephrase that. I know it will benefit you if it speaks to you.

And so there's been times in the past where I put out this thing called one of seven,

right, where I was looking for seven people to do

X Y and Z and had some success with it had some excitement with it had some

some changes that came along with it but I want more. I want something different.

My skill set has increased.

What I do and how I show up is has changed and has evolved and amplified.

And so I have this idea of being able to make a massive impact in five people's lives and potentially

you're one of the five. Now this applies if you have potential reach out

before and works with me in some capacity this applies if you have potential reach out before and works with me in some capacity.

This applies if you have not.

But there's a very specific type of person that I'm in search of.

So I'm going to ask you to listen intently and then take massive imperfect action if this speaks to you.

So if you're new to the show, I want to set a little framework for you.

I've been in this coaching arena, been helping people in my opinion for a very long time.

I used to run car dealerships and had employees that I suppose

you'd say reported to me but I was responsible for sales training and

mentorship and accountability. Certainly those times I was nowhere near the man that I am today, but nonetheless it was part of my evolution.

So sales is something that's very, very easy to me at second nature.

Then as life progresses, stepped into that direct response web hosting world and while I began that journey as an affiliate manager, which you might know as a salesperson.
