Yeah so when we first got on before we press live I was sitting down and Ryan was standing

up so I said you know I had to put my desk up I have one of those desks that go up and down because I really enjoy standing.

But the first time I watched myself I was like moving like this. So I was like I don't know if I should do this again.

So now I'm prepared to just stay nice and and firm and in my stance as

we talk here. I love it I love it so just like to start every one of these interviews

with the same kind of general question and that is you've been an

entrepreneur now for as long as I've known you and I think from being on that

journey we get to see life a certain way and And so if you were to share one lesson
