Thanks for being here. I will say as we're recording this we have we're now what about a week into this Corona, I'll call it the Corona recalibration, right?

I'm not going to say depression, the pandemic, we're just, we're recalibrating and it's fascinating getting to hear your perspective on this.

Yeah, it's a time that none of us have ever experienced before and how many times can you say that in life?

Not many.

So this is going to be something we'll never forget.

We'll be able to tell our children and grandchildren

and you know, it's about really how can we serve others.

I mean, that's really what I find it to be most about.

And others, as in your media family first,

you know, your own livelihood, the friends and family that you have, and then just in, in, you know, the people that are less fortunate than you.

You know, this is really a test of our

compassion towards ourselves and others. I couldn't agree more with that and
