So in today's episode, I'm going to cover with you why it's time for you to shed the

0:21.9

cocoon of your life and start to fly, to really

0:25.4

literally become a butterfly. So in my life I have created or had created all these

1:30.7

period for me. I sort of shared with you in past episodes. There's this unique

1:35.1

thing where my family moved and my father was working all the time and then would come home and

1:39.7

was aggressive, maybe even sometimes mentally or verbally abusive.

1:45.0

My mother eventually sat me down and said she was done raising me.

1:49.0

She kind of walked out of my life as a sole parent.
