Summary

In Episode 195 we do another solocast! As always, I like to mix it up between guests and solo episodes as it affords me the opportunity to share my thoughts and perspectives with the Endless Endeavor community! Today we take a deep dive into sideline know-it-all parents. We’ve all heard them at our children’s events, and I had to throw one out of my academy for the first time in 10 years! It’s shocking to me that a parent with zero understanding of jiu jitsu or exercise will suddenly become subject matter experts and start berating me like she owns the place! We then tell a couple stories of random fights I found myself in when traveling to 3rd World countries, then wrap up with some healing modalities that have shown tremendous benefits inside of short period of time and that is grounding, red light therapy and methylene blue. Please enjoy episode 195 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

We are first brought to you by Element, and that is spelled LMNT.

And what Element is, it is a single time use grab and go hydration packet that you open and add to a bottle of water.

1:08.7

Each packet contains 1,000 milligrams of sodium, 200 milligrams

1:12.6

of potassium, and 60 milligrams of magnesium. Element has been with us for a long time. I am a huge

1:18.4

fan of this company. I literally use their product every single day, and I have noticed a substantial

difference in how I perform on the mats and in the gym. Hydration is fucking super

1:29.5

important, guys. And being dehydrated doesn't simply mean you haven't drank enough water. It can

1:35.3

also mean your electrolytes are out of balance. You can actually drink too much water and dilute your

electrolytes. So if you're training hard and CrossFit or on the mats or in my case,
