In Episode 210 I sit down with Adam Livesay. Adam recently joined our Jiu Jitsu team and has brought with him a wealth of knowledge in so many different aspects of life! He was a lifelong athlete, however after a catastrophic injury his fitness was derailed, and his primary focus became entrepreneurship and later launching his company Elevat. Adam discusses what that path entailed and how he rediscovered health, fitness and grappling later in life! He’s an incredible human being and I’m grateful he spent a few hours sharing his wisdom! Please enjoy episode 210 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.
