98 miles just from solar panels.

That is what I like to do.

And I'm very pleased that's happened today.

Doesn't happen every day, doesn't happen in the winter.

Just thought I'd mentioned that. It's got nothing, nothing to do with

today's podcast whatsoever. Today's podcast is really about us, our health, how we live in cities, how we live with or without nature, what effect that

has on our health, on our longevity. And to discuss that has been really fascinating with Dr. Melissa Lem who is the on the

board of the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment.

So she's very active in arguing against the fossil fuel industry

for clean air, clean air in your home as well not just on the streets in your home very very

critical of gas cooking appliances well they're completely safe there's nothing wrong

with gas yes there's quite a lot wrong with gas as you will

discover but it's very sort of hopeful and fascinating and we she discussed she takes

us down fascinating paths of things.

I've never even considered for a moment.

Really interesting stuff.
