0:33.3	Okay, before we get into the interview with my dad, which was recorded yesterday,

0:39.9	The continued resolution, which my dad will break down today, give some background on where the GOP is disagree.
0:47.6	That ended up passing yesterday afternoon along party lines, mostly.
0:52.4	There was one Democrat who voted yes on the measure and there was one
0:56.7	Republican Thomas Massey whom we will discuss today who voted no. The legislation will fund the
1:03.4	government if it passes the Senate through September 30th. So we're avoiding that end of week
1:08.5	government shutdown. So that is at the end of the fiscal year, September 30th.
1:13.8	So it boost funds for defense programs imposes cuts to non-defense spending.
1:19.7	Current funding expires on 11.59 p.m. on Friday.
1:23.9	So the government will continue to be funded.
