Kimmie has a passion for Intuitive Eating and weight-inclusive nutrition and is currently the treasurer for the Association for Size Diversity and Health; as well as an active member of the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians. In this episode we’re talking about ‘the next steps’ of intuitive eating.
