Welcome back to the Beaumar show. We are on episode 16 and I know that it has been almost a month in between this podcast and our last announcing the pregnancy but we have been traveling so much and getting ready for

the Arnold which is in two and a half weeks in Columbus, Ohio, which is the biggest

expo that we do and the biggest expo in the world.

So there's been a lot of extra day-to-day planning on top of all of our everyday business activities that we do.

So this is exactly why at the beginning of filming and recording these podcasts we did not commit to launching something every Tuesday or Wednesday or every other week because we know how extremely busy we are and we didn't want to let you guys down.

So trying to find some time to record a

quality podcast has been quite difficult. Over the last month we have been in

Nashville. I was in Denver then we were in Vegas. Josh is in Nashville. I was in Denver, then we were in Vegas.

Josh is in Dallas today and tomorrow,

so it's been pretty wild as far as travel goes.

But I did find about an hour today

that I wanted to film a podcast that I've been wanting to do for quite some time.

I have two IG TV videos about this topic.

I have a blog about this topic and I also have another source of

information about this. I think it's a secondary blog. I know I've done this

four or five times now but it is a topic that comes up every

single day. Obviously owning a supplement company this question is to be

expected and that is what supplements do I actually need.

And I'm gonna dive into almost all of the supplements
