Welcome back to the Beomer Show. It's been a hot minute guys and today I think we're on episode 17, which is pretty exciting that we've done 17 of these. And today, what are we talking about, honey?

Today we are going over quarantine tips because unless you are living under a rock, you know that pretty much the entire world

is in self-isolation right now.

And that means working from home,

working out from home,

having marital spats because you're around your spouse 24-7 how to stay positive at home all of

the fun things that we have been seeing asked of us on social media over the

last three-ish weeks.

Yeah, it is kind of weird.

I mean, a lot of you guys out there, if you are married,

spend a couple hours in the evening together at most,

you know, because you're at work all day.

So this has got to be pretty strange for a lot of you guys but lucky for all of you Sarah and I have been doing this for like six years

Pretty much self-courntine for six years we have been self-couroutine for six years. We have been self-quarantine since the beginning of 2014.

So we really do feel like we are somewhat experts on the topic

because we virtually do everything from home normally except for going to the gym,

going out to eat and traveling and seeing movies.
