something that comes up a lot and the people we work with on 101 sessions and in the group as well.

There are so many of them. I can't wait to dive into this. Why don't we just start by saying what is a yeah but? So a yeah but is that thought from the lower brain that wants to

take us down. You know, we might be doing really well.

We might be eating adequately, dismissing urges, taking care of ourselves.

And then the lower brain is going to look for what's not working.

And it is going to come at us with a yeah butt and try to knock us down.

Oh, for sure. I mean, it's like that negativity bias contained in two little words. Exactly. Exactly. I mean, there are so many of them.
