A binge-free life is created by dismissing one binge urge at a time, and by eating adequately one meal/snack at a time. This requires consistency. Although the decision to stop bingeing can be instantaneous, healing of the body and brain from this habit takes time. If you’re someone who tends to do well for a little while just to slip back into old behaviors, or if you want to prevent that from happening, this episode is going to be useful to you.
