I'm doing great, Pat. Good to be with you. Well, I'll tell you what. The bears are doing, I'm not going to say

great, but they certainly look encouraging. Coming off the by now, the big victory over Minnesota,

where they dominated in basically every phase. And Jim, this team's getting

healthier. You take a look at this injury report. A lot of the key names that were on it all

season long are now off. And you couple that with the way they played against Minnesota. This is

setting up for an interesting second half. I really believe that. I think one, it was good to go into the buy with a win against Minnesota.

It validates all the hard work they've been putting in.

Now they get the reserves coming back like Eddie Goldman.

I think Eddie Royal will be a big factor coming back.

And I do.

I think the second half in the season, I'm going to be optimistic.

I think they got an opportunity where they could creep out five wins.

Granted injury always factors in, but their front seven should be dominating now.

And that's going to help out the back end of that secondary.

And with Jay, probably another week healthier with his thumb, this offense, they set the standard.

And how they ran the football against Minnesota, that needs to continue.

So the Bears begin the second half of the campaign in Tampa on Sunday against the three and five Buccaneers.

The Bears hit the by at two and six. Let's start with the offense first.

We know this is probably Jay's final eight games in a bear's uniform. We've said that in years past, but I think the writing clearly is on the wall.

So he's playing for a contract.
