And for all the energy and optimism from a

week ago, from a couple of weeks ago after an unexpected win over the Minnesota Vikings,

with the division coming back to the Bears, this one is really a punch in the gut against

a really poor defense. You couldn't put up enough points on there. But making it even worse,

Jim, was the fact that the quarterback put the ball in the Buccaneers hands too many times.

Yeah, it's hard to win games that way. You know, four turnovers alone from the, from the

quarterback position. And, you know, we know what's Ben Jekyll and Hyde with Jay. You almost feel like

you're watching a heart monitor that's just beeping up and beating down, you know, and it's up, it has extreme high and extreme lows.

But at some point in time, it's got to be somewhere in between in terms of the consistency of the play.

I say it all the time, however long I've been here at CSN, half a dozen years.

It is easier to lose a game than it is to win it.

And Alex, you know as well as I do. You cough up the football that much as a quarterback because

you touch the ball on every single play in your decision making can determine the outcome of

the game and it determined the outcome of today's game. What's going to be talked about is going

to be the turnovers for sure and rightfully

so.

But some of the things that were missed, they're going to be overlooked.

And that's when you got a screenplay to Eddie Royal and he runs for 17, 18 yards, and you

get a holding call.
