I’m also sharing a few concrete methods I use to combat Time Anxiety. And I realized that I have a lot of words to say about this idea of time anxiety and so I thought I would do a whole episode on it.

We are going to talk about the three main thoughts around time anxiety,

anxiety is and where it comes from because I think when you're aware of it and now it's one of these things that you'll see everywhere
