A ton. You know, so I think the way to start to talk about motivation would be to understand the psychology behind what motivation is and realize that everybody's in the same boat.

You know, every single human on this earth is motivated by the exact same thing and that's to avoid pain and to gain pleasure.

Simple enough, you know, but unfortunately it isn't as simple as that because there's a part of our

brain that's in charge of basically, you know, saying

what's pleasurable and what's painful and how to avoid this and this part of

your brain is the oldest part of your brain considering it goes way back into the caveman days of well if you play

with tooty animals you get your face ripped off so you need to avoid those that's good

motivation yeah but you know it's it goes a lot deeper than the basic, you know, face of it.

And so for example, I'll give you an example of like relationships, you know, some

women out there are listening to this and you may find yourself in bad

relationships constantly and you're attracted to that and you have no idea why but

what happens is is you had an experience perhaps earlier in your life where you had a bad relationship
