1:13.6	If you can, maybe tell us a little bit about yourself, how you ended up where you are,
1:18.9	and what you do at the Connecticut Group.
1:21.5	So I started my career in law enforcement.
1:24.5	I worked for a little town called Warnsburg Police Department in Warnsburg, Missouri, right outside Whiteman Air Force Base. I started teaching at the
1:32.9	Police Academy there for several years and ended up going to the dark side and went into product.
1:38.5	Went for a company. Started working for a company called Midway USA for several years.
1:43.8	I got recruited from them to go to, which was then a Bushnell where I ran Hoppies and RCBS for.
1:52.7	And then I've been with the same company now for 17 years through all the acquisitions.
1:56.7	And now we're the kinetic group.
1:58.6	And I'm in charge of all rimfire, powder, and primer for the companies.
2:01.6	So I have all of our major brands from Remington, CCI, and Federal.
2:06.2	I control the life and the line of those brands.
