Comedian Abby Wambaugh was the 2024 winner of the Best Newcomer at the ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards, winner of the Best Show at the European Comedy Awards and the Theatre Weekly Best Show winner. She was also nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. Quite a year! She’s previously made the Funny Women finals in 2021, was shortlisted for the 2022 BBC New Comedy Awards and selected for the Pleasance Comedy Reserve in 2023. Her award winning show, The First 3 Minutes of 17 Shows, is now transferring to The Soho Theatre from the 9th to the 18th January 2025 .
