0:29.0	I recently sent out a seven email blast. So I emailed you guys every day for seven days if
0:39.6	you're on my email list. I never do that. Usually only email one to week. And I sent out an email
0:46.3	to really educate everybody on my list about what my in-person trainings are about, what
0:52.2	Life Coach is about really give some detailed information. And what I found out was that so many of
0:59.8	you are interested that I didn't know were interested and so many of you asked me for more information
1:05.2	and asked me questions and really appreciated the email. So I think I'm like one of those people
1:10.9	that kind of worries, oh my gosh, I don't want to email too much. I don't want to bother my people.
1:16.2	And then I forget that maybe sometimes they want more information. Sometimes you guys all
1:21.1	need more information. So what I did is I decided, you know, everybody on my email list, I want them
1:26.4	to be totally engaged with me. I want them to be really interested in what I'm sending them. I
1:33.3	recently went and met with my business coach and one of the things that he had like a guest speaker
1:38.4	there and one of the guys what he said was that if you are emailing people that who have opted into
1:45.6	your list and they're not opening your stuff, it like counts against you. It makes it look like
1:50.5	you're spamming people because basically they've opted in voluntarily but then they're not opening
1:55.8	what you're giving them. And so you know what he says is go into your list and if someone has an
2:01.2	opened your emails for a while, then just delete them off your list. So I was like oh my god, that's so
2:06.8	brutal. Because there's a lot of people I like to follow. I don't read all their emails all the time
2:11.5	but like everyone's not why I like to see what's happening. And so I wouldn't like it if someone
