| 0:50.7 | And I just went to lunch and I usually go lunch by myself when I'm at the office and I just went to lunch. |

| 1:04.0 | where it's like a kind of a curt email, but you're not sure why. |
| 1:07.7 | So you make up a story in your head, you know what I'm saying? |
| 1:10.4 | Like they'll say something like, hey, take my name off this thing. |
| 1:14.8 | And you're like, but why? What's up? What do you mean? What's going on? |
| 1:18.6 | You know, and then you make up a story about how you're the worst person in the world and this person hates you. |
| 1:24.9 | Well, at least that's what I do if you're anything like me. |
| 1:27.9 | And so these stories that we tell ourselves, these conclusions that we jump to and by the way, they may be true or not, |
| 1:36.6 | but they can create a lot of that vulnerability in those emotions. |
| 1:40.8 | And one of the things that I like to do when that happens to me is just let someone know that I need to know that they love me. |
