These folks love to fight with me about it, but the same rules apply.

If you're type one diabetic, unless your blood sugars are very intimately contained,

and even then, shooting insulin can lead to all kinds of issues that are low grade and subtle.

So I'm not trying to scare anyone, but don't come at me and try to tell me that they're

not the same because the way that insulin acts in the body, the way that blood sugar
