1:27.3 | I am living it. I am walking into perimenopause, and I am definitely living the belly fat phenomenon. |
1:33.3 | I get it. I refer to it as the middle-aged middle. It's real, and it is frustrating as all heck. |
1:40.9 | So I totally acknowledge that there is weight gain. I'm getting different body fat distribution |
1:45.3 | than I've had in the past. No matter if I change things or not, I'm not changing |
1:50.8 | volume of calories. I'm not changing types of foods that I am eating. I eat pretty darn good. |
