0:40.0	Kind of a throwaway line if I'm remembering it correctly,

0:47.0	and when we say that we mean the entire defense apparatus, right?
0:50.0	The entire structure, not the army, per se, not the navy, per se,
0:54.0	but all of it put together with the industry, the grand strategy,
0:58.0	the states and armies are intertwined in ways that are key.
1:04.0	So let's understand that.
1:06.0	But when we compare or when I do compare the two,
1:08.0	I was comparing the entire structure against the entire structure.
1:11.0	First World War Germany's military against Second World War Germany's military.
1:15.0	Now what I was not prepared for was the fact that this would be so surprising to so many people
