Summary

In 1983, Dianne Downs claimed a "bushy-haired stranger" shot her and her three children, killing her 7-year old daughter. What we find is an underlying story about a mother so selfish, she would attempt to murder her own children for her own selfish reasons.

Welcome to Christy's couch. My name is Christy Lukazyak and you are listening to Christy's

ear and your attention on this beautiful Thursday. Hope that your week has been spectacular.

Spring is in the air, except for the snow. It's snow this weekend, but then it did warm

0:25.9

up where I am, which is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. So we are just going to get right into today's

0:34.0

episode. Again, it's been a weird, weird 2022. Trying to be super positive about it because

0:41.9

I do think that 2022 is going to be a spectacular year. I really do. It's just off to, it's just

0:49.0

off to a little bit of a bumpy start, but that's okay. It's not, it doesn't mean that the

0:53.4

rest will be bumpy. It just means that for me personally, I need to get through a few

0:58.0

things before I can enjoy all of the wonders that 2022 will have in store for me. So I

1:04.5

think the first and foremost question that I have received in the past week was how did

1:11.6

my cancer surgery go? It sounds so weird for me to say cancer surgery. I almost feel like

1:17.1

I'm just being like dramatic about saying it, but that is exactly what it was. In fact, so we'll

1:26.3

talk about it very quickly. I won't spend a ton of time, but I do think there's a couple of

1:30.0

things worth mentioning. First of all, I just wanted to point out that I ended up having

1:35.6

basal cell carcinoma in my scalp. And the reason I'm talking about this is because I think

1:42.8

that unless you are a balding or thinning haired man, I think that most people overlook their

1:51.6

scalp as a potential place for cancer to come and affect you, but it is indeed a place that

2:00.7

it makes sense why I would get cancer there. It happened actually right along where I normally

2:06.4

part my hair. And I tend to have really fine. My hair is very fine. I have a lot of it, but my

2:13.4

hairs themselves are very fine. So when I have that part, I do have a lot of exposure to the sun.

2:20.6

And even though my hair is pulled back a lot or I'm wearing a hat or X, Y and Z, it's not an
