So if any of you guys don't know who Cliff is,

he's someone who I really look up to as a natural bodybuilding prep coach,

and his accolades within the industry really speak for themselves when it comes to the actual athletes that he's coached and the level of muscular development and conditioning that

they bring to the stage. So Cliff, why don't you just tell us a little bit about your personal

training background and then also a little bit about your coaching background.

Yeah, I've been training for about 12 years now. It's hard to believe it's been that long.

I started just after high school, my first year of college. Just got into it as a hobby after

I finished playing basketball in college after my first year. And right

when I picked up a weight, you know how it is, it's addicting. And I knew instantly I wanted to

compete. And so, you know, that kind of became my goal is to just step on stage. And I'm not

naturally a very muscular guy. So it kind of became my goal to really get on stage

and do it right.

So, you know, I didn't want to, you know, a lot of guys when they go about it, they go about

reading, you know, like a lot of the muscle magazines and stuff like that, but, you know,
