Well, I think Nine Marks is about equipping church leaders with biblical vision and practical resources for building healthy churches.

But about what particular topic would we be giving to creating a resource of conversation right now?

Today, elders.

Cool.

I think we should do this whole conversation with question marks.

Okay.

So it's good to see you. Would that be irritating?

A little. Mark, we did a part one. This is part two. Part one was you're transitioning the church to having a plurality of elders. So you know, all the constitution change, figuring that stuff out, and then eventually getting to the place where you have to pick elders or nominate elders.

And that's where we are.

We are now in the conversation about how do you pick elders?

And specifically, let's start in that location of you don't have any elders.

So just yesterday, you and I were a conversation with another pastor.

And he was at this moment.

And he asked us, say, so do I do.

This is the first batch of elders.

I got to nominate them.

Right.

And so that's the conversation I want to have with you.
